GP Smart Referrals
Smart Referrals
Almost 2 million referrals are received by Queensland Health Services every year, most by post or fax. These may not get to the right place or may not include all of the information required to facilitate effective patient care. Queensland Health has created a paperless solution that is simple, integrated, and secure, allowing GPs to create and submit digital referrals to a Queensland Health facility.
