Commissioning and Development Framework
WQPHN Commissioning and Development Framework
Commissioning for Better Health is aimed at delivering health and wellbeing to Western Queensland communities through exceptional performance and capability of WQPHN’s commissioned provider networks. Commissioning is a dynamic and real-time change process and our Bushman's Guide articulates how WQPHN will deliver on its vision and goals for primary care.
From analysing health needs, through to designing solutions, partnering with services, procurement and evaluation processes, our Commissioning and Development Framework expresses an evidence-informed contemporary approach that is tailored for rural and remote settings and is aligned with WQPHN’s aspiration to contribute to the success of the wider Western Queensland health system.
WQPHN Tendering Portal
eTenderBox Portal
The tender portal, eTenderBox , is a tendering system that has been developed and implemented by WQPHN to improve its tender process. Suppliers already registered with the previous tender application ,Tenderlink, will need to register again with eTenderBox.
Registering with eTenderBox is quick and easy:
- Step 1: Follow the link here to the eTenderBox Portal homepage
- Step 2: From the My Account widget, select Create Account
- Step 3: Complete your details on the Respondent Registration page
- Step 4: An email will be sent to the email address you have provided, then follow the link in the email to verify your account.
Congratulations! You have now created your eTenderBox account. From here you can now set up and manage your subscription, view upcoming funding opportunities and respond to a tender.
INSTRUCTION MANUAL: To support the navigation process, further instruction and information is available through the eTenderBox Respondent User Manual which can be viewed here.
WQPHN e-TenderBox Portal
The portal will send an email directly to registered suppliers each time a new Tender or EOI is released, based on their subscriptions. Current tender opportunities can be viewed via the eTenderBox Portal and suppliers can then log in to download the linked documents. Responses are lodged electronically via this secure portal, and you will receive electronic acknowledgement and receipting.
If you have an existing registration for eTenderBox, you do not need to re-register. Please refer to the Respondent User Manual for instruction on navigation and accessing current RFx documents.
